we had our pool installed in 2009. From day one we never new when the install crew would show up. They would work one day then not see them for the rest of the week. Took almost 3 weeks for them to install the pool. We noticed the water level going down and asked for advice and follow up. It took them until mid season 2010 to admit that there was leak because of crappy install work. Now 2011 we have had no leak but to get them in to open and close the pool is a night mare. Booked a closure. When they still hadn't shown up-called them was told closure crew had equipment issues. Re-booked for the next morning-still no one by mid afternoon and nobody is returning my phone calls.
There pools are expensive--I would never recommend them to anyone!
